6aecdba124 Bug 899347 - [e10s] Make click-to-play work with e10s. Originally written by mbrubeck. r=gfritzsche,felipe,Unfocused. 
We now use message passing and content scripts in order to implement click-to-play. This allows
us to use click-to-play in e10s windows.

e558587ded Bug 1067404 - Do not expect a copysign function to be defined in <cmath> with clang-cl; r=upstream 
clang-cl defines __cplusplus to 201103L, but it uses the runtime library
provided by MSVC, so the copysign function will not be available there.
