Removes a couple of includes that are no longer used and should have been removed after the code to delete Firefox prefetch files was removed

e3153e78e2 Bug 1366870 - Part 2: Set initial tab title to URL's hostname until we know the actual page title. r=dao 
We currently show a full URL as the initial tab title (e.g. "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/") until the page loads and we know the actual page title. When loading multiple tabs, such as during session restore, many tabs will have the same undifferentiated tab title prefix like "https://www....". Since the URL scheme and "www." subdomain are not meaningful to users, just show the URL's hostname without any "www." prefix (e.g. "mozilla.org").

Other browsers' initial tab titles for comparison:

* Firefox 54 uses "Connecting...".
* IE11 uses the same "hostname without www" placeholder as this changeset.
* Edge uses "Blank page".
* Chrome uses "Loading..." on Windows and "Untitled" on Mac.
* Safari uses "Untitled".

cc716fd2c1 Bug 1366870 - Part 1: Add test for about: pages' initial tab titles. r=dao 
This test case documents the current behavior of about: pages's initial tab titles. The fix for bug 1364127 caused about: pages' initial tab titles to show their about: URIs until their actual page titles are known, e.g. "about:addons" -> "Add-ons Manager". This is bug 1371896. Previously, about: pages' initial tab titles were blank until the page title was known.

This test case uses the about:robots page because its title is not localized, which makes testing easier.

fafefc69a1 Bug 1354143 - Commit jump list on lazy idle thread. r=florian,jimm 
Since committing will do IO on the main thread, it would be better to do it on
an idle thread instead. We have to change JavaScript code too because now the
API is asynchrous.

This patch also updates its xpcshell test.

Now mozilla::widget::AsyncDeleteAllFaviconsFromDisk will get profile directory
on the main thread to prevent it happens on off-main-threads, thus prevents
off-main-thread assertion.

9f3268689a Bug 1370986 - disable panelmultiview in the overflow panel off-nightly for 55, r=mikedeboer 
This #ifdefs out the multiview for non-photon-theme, and checks for it being
present in various bits of JS that interact with it. As a result, this will
'fix' the issues in this bug and in bug 1370967 for 55 as it moves off
Nightly. bug 1370967 will still need fixing in the photonpanelmultiview /
webextensions.

The current way to configure compare-locales has a lot of
assumptions that make our l10n system really stubborn.

The generic configuration is independent of python, and uses
toml files for configuration. They're still modular, but
there's only one file format.

Also fixes a few nits in filter.py, where we compared the
entity key as bool, which is false if we pass in ''.
Explicitly compare as "entity is None" to be precise about
when we're checking files.

9d440a47d1 Bug 1331736 - Use selected search suggestion with one-offs r=mak 
Currently in the location bar we don't match the search bar's
behavior of allowing the user to use their currently selected
search suggestion with a one-off search engine. This is due to
logic which is intended to not search for autocompleted text,
instead favoring only what the user has actually typed. This patch
adds an exception to that logic for search suggestions.

b9c12b59fb Bug 1367012 - update edit UI visibility checks for photon, r=mikedeboer 
This ensures we update edit UI visibility state when opening/closing the
overflow panel, as well as ensuring we do so if/when the edit controls
get over/underflowed. It then updates the test to ensure we correctly
check the overflow panel, both for overflown items and for items
put there by the user when photon is enabled.

6ba979dd3f Bug 1372535 - On Mac, remove the window drag space when sizemode!=fullscreen rather than sizemode==maximized. r=johannh 
macOS doesn't really have a maximized mode; it has a "zoomed" mode which we treat as "maximized" sizemode, and it has a fullscreen mode. When you zoom a window, it's supposed to resize to its "natural" or "best" size, which is for most apps the smallest size that does not require scrolling. In Firefox we just say that filling the whole screen is our "best" size. But if a window is zoomed, you can still move it by dragging its title bar. For example, you may want to do that if you want to move it to a different screen.

Mac apps usually don't change their appearance at all if they enter the "zoomed" size. They only do that if you make the window fullscreen. The native full screen mode on Mac is much closer to the maximized mode on Windows than the zoomed mode is.

Recent versions of macOS have changed the default action of the green window button to be fullscreen instead of zoom. You can now only zoom windows by double clicking the title bar or clicking the green button while holding Alt.

This adds a Map to PlacesTreeView to maintain the relation between node

0813b229d6 Bug 1369899 - Listen to MozDOMFullscreen events r=Gijs 
While we are now correctly evaluating the fullscreen situation
in OSX so that our update doorhangers behave as if we're in
windowed mode, we aren't correctly listening for state changes.
This addresses that, and tries to limit the chattiness by only
listening to the fullscreen events that we care about.

A number of developers find it convenient to build with
--disable-optimize --enable-debug for an improved debugging experience.
We don't currently have a configuration in CI that ensures this
combination of options works, so various changes break builds with this
configuration every so often.  We should test such configurations to
ensure they build to provide a smooth experience for developers.

Since it wasn't possible to have specific manifest entries for !Darwin
!WINNT !Android, a few places in the tree use the following pattern:
   entry-for-unix
   entry-for-osx os=Darwin
   entry-for-windows os=WINNT

This works because subsequent manifest entries with more specific flags
override previous manifest entries.

Incidentally, this led to problems such as the one mentioned in
changeset c94e87a18096.

Now that there is a flag for !Darwin !WINNT !Android, we can use it
instead.
