29edd41fd0 Bug 1476218 - Part 1 - Update Tracking Protection section in the identity popup for Content Blocking. r=nhnt11 
This commit switches the identity popup to use "Content Blocking" as a top-level section
instead of Tracking Protection, which is now demoted to a category of Content Blocking.

To keep this change halfway reviewable, I avoided renaming variables, classNames, ids, etc.
that use the term trackingProtection if they were otherwise unaffected by this patch. There
will be other patches that can do this in the future

26f3cc09b3 Bug 1476217 - Part 1 - Update Tracking Protection preferences for Content Blocking. r=flod,jaws 
This adds a new "Content Blocking" UI in place of the Tracking Protection preferences.
The Tracking Protection UI is preserved and the new UI is behind a pref, for now. This
resulted in some inconveniences such as duplicate code or unwieldy long names, but
we're planning to remove one version (likely the TP UI) soon.

The CB preferences can contain several categories of blockers which will be added in
future patches. The first one, Tracking Protection, is added in this patch and offers
a replacement in functionality for the previous TP UI.

86d16ff4dd Bug 1472635 - Prevent suppressing executable warnings using the "don't ask me this again" checkbox. r=Gijs 
A hidden preference matching "browser.download.manager.alertOnEXEOpen" is kept, but is renamed in order to recover cases where the checkbox was used accidentally.

This also cleans up duplicate unused strings in the "browser" folder.

84c4eba82e Bug 1365626 - Remove View MathML Source feature. r=mconley 
The in-tree version of View MathML Source appears to have low usage, so it seems
reasonable to remove.  A similar feature is available as an add-on.

In recent months, the in-tree version has actually been broken, which wasn't
noticed for quite a while.  This adds further evidence for removal given the
lack of maintenance and interest in this feature.

e338329576 Bug 1470020 - Part 2 - Add specific states for when the user has added a TP exception to the TP section of the identity popup. r=florian 
We used to give this all the same "tracking-loaded" state, but now we want to differentiate between:

- Tracking loaded because TP is off
- Tracking loaded because of an exception
- Tracking not loaded but the site has an exception, which we want to allow the user to remove (if TP is on)
