b77a3d7500 Bug 468491. When removing the continuations of a text frame, remove them starting at the end to avoid disrupting frame invariants by removing frames from the middle of the flow. r=dbaron

e43f5a49fd Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned.
