56626fcd38 Bug 1299971 - Update tooltool cargo. r=mshal 
Update tooltool cargo packages to the 2016 August 31 nightly
build. These have source-redirection support needed by the
stylo project but not available in stable cargo yet.

Repacks of the upstream build cargo 0.13.0-nightly (e713e7f 2016-08-31).

20e3431c17 Bug 1250244 - Part 4: Remove Cardboard VR Support,r=gw280 
- The Cardboard VR support has hardcoded values and uses low-performance
  orientation APIs and rendering paths.
- There is little benefit to this Cardboard VR implementation over using
  polyfills.
- A future implementation would be based on Google VR support in Android N
  and/or Samsung Gear VR Oculus Mobile APIs.

795728d89d Bug 1293295 - Replace all mochitest 'flavor' options with a single --flavor argument, r=jmaher 
This accomplishes three things:

1) Easier to use CLI when running without the benefit of testing/mochitest/mach_commands.py
2) Guarantees these arguments are mutually exclusive
3) Simplifies a bunch of logic in the test harness

The primary motivation for this change is to slightly improve the UX when running mochitest
from a taskcluster interactive loaner. However, this is more of a bandaid solution that was
easy to implement before the proper fix in bug 1293259 can be landed.

538a46e316 Bug 1251038 - Enable APZ by default in all.js. r=botond 
The only platform for which this change is *not* a no-op is Mulet. Last time
I checked Mulet worked fine with APZ enabled but there were a few test failures.
Now I don't believe it's running in automation anyhwere so that shouldn't be
an issue. If it is, they can re-disable APZ easily enough if needed.
