d2188e6086 Move implementation of HTML label element entirely into the content model so that it can have any display type: implement the event-munging and accesskey support in nsHTMLLabelElement. b350a0fd0f Remove |aForceUnique| parameter from style context resolving methods, and corresponding flag from nsStyleContext, since the only caller was ReResolveStyleContext (on the assumption that other callers used it).
