8424ac3d64 removed errant |QueryInterface()|s in favor of appropriate macros, as part of bug#23737. Changed |NS_DEFINE_IID| to |NS_DEFINE_CID| where appropriate; or else removed it, and fixed up clients to use |NS_GET_IID| in the appropriate spots. 5473932705 Added support for registering JS functions, by the preference panel, with 
prefwindow. These will be called by prefwindow when the user hits OK or
Cancel button; the intent is that a panel can then determine if the user
made changes that were commited, and act upon them. I will post something
to prefs and general about how that can be done. r=ben
