64639661c1 Bug 1289620 - Hook up initial styling. r=heycam 
Aside from the parser-side hacks, this should subsume all the current scattered
logic in the stylo tree to handle initial styling.

1a49c35a07 Bug 1286445: stylo: Support restyles of non-pseudo content on state change. r=heycam 
This includes, for example :hover.

Also removes the call to IsStyledByServo() in the document constructor, it's not
only unnecessary, but also we call UpdateStyleBackendType() too early.

60dcde7875 Bug 1261723 (part 2) - Separate class ops from js::Class. code=njn,h4writer. r=efaust,bz. 
js::Class op are often all null. And when they're not all null, they're often
duplicated among classes. By pulling them out into their own struct, and using a
(possibly null) pointer in js::Class, we can save 114 KiB per process on
64-bit, and half that on 32-bit.

The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout.  The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

CLOSED TREE makes big refactorings like this a piece of cake.

76d9f6e407 Bug 645416, part 22 - Remove JSCompartment::wrapId. r=terrence. 
This is unnecessary now that object jsids no longer exist. Both string and
symbol jsids point only to GC things in the atoms compartment, which are safe
to pass to any compartment without wrapping.
