56d94f19ea Bug 668865 - Store _scheme & _host in _serializeHistoryEntry [r=dietrich] 
Previously we would call NewURI for every shistory entry after we serialized the spec. We now avoid doing that as well as excessive RegExp matching.

0349ff3c11 Bug 645922 - Remove nsIJSON.encode/decode, because their functionality is subsumed by JSON.parse and JSON.stringify, and their idiosyncrasies are hindering code improvements.
