02d0ccb5c2 Bug 1849040 - Android prefers-contrast support r=geckoview-reviewers,m_kato 
This patch adds support for the Android high contrast text setting. This triggers the prefers-contrast media query as well as prefers-reduced-transparency.

5384d789bb Bug 1852201 - Downgrade bitflags in the dom and style crates. r=emilio 
This undoes bug 1835681, adjusting for changes that happened since then,
because the crates don't build with the real bitflags 2, and there are
some challenges to make them work with the real bitflags 2.

11351261a9 Bug 1851520: Add missing JSAPI tests for CharacterEncoding. r=jandem 
Overview:
- The error message kind was `JSEXN_NOTE`. Probably a copy-paste error, because
  the previous error entry has `JSEXN_NOTE`. Change this to `JSEXN_ERR` to use
  a correct error kind.
- Add missing null-termination in `EncodeWideToUtf8` and `EncodeUtf8ToWide`.
- And finally add a JSAPI test to cover this code.


Adding "testCharacterEncoding.cpp" caused unified builds to change and
"testJitABIcalls.cpp" is now in a unified build bundle which doesn't include
declarations for `JSContext` and `JS::Value`, which in turn caused build errors
when including "jit/ABIFunctions.h". Add the missing forward definitions to
"jit/ABIFunctions.h" to fix these build errors.

b04a323df4 Bug 1852400: Add two browser.newtabpage prefs to the list that test-verify allows to change in the background. r=jmaher 
These ones were observed to change, during a test-verify job for an unrelated
mochitest, as noted in the bug.  So apparently Firefox is occasionally toggling
them in the background, and we shouldn't fail the test when they change.

ea5d8c900e Bug 1851906 - Make unspecified color-scheme default to preferred in all chrome-enabled contexts, not only chrome docs. r=sfoster,desktop-theme-reviewers 
This shouldn't introduce any behavior difference in practice, since all
chrome docs already have this behavior, and all non-chrome docs loaded
from chrome schemes should as well, in practice, via the
<meta name=color-scheme meta tag>.

This makes it easy to introduce some of the changes discussed in
bug 1836440 tho, since it avoids having to add color-scheme: dark light
to all the <svg> icons.

This check is also more consistent with how we enable all other CSS
features.

c5290e5239 Bug 1850969 - Save off and restore values in patched_NtMapViewOfSection's arguments r=gstoll 
NtMapViewOfSection doesn't write to its out-pointer arguments if it
returns an error. Mimic its behavior a little more closely by ensuring
that whatever values were present are restored if we unmap and abort.

Avoid taking any pointers to the stack while doing so.
