- Made Get/SetAuthorStyleDisabled and ReconstructStyleData non-virtual when called internally.
- Inlined GetFrameSelection and renamed it to FrameSelection.

e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. 0cfd50ccf4 Fix for bug 193257 (AIM Today page renders incorrectly) 
Modified AppendFrames() and InsertFrames() to call SetNeedStrategyBalance(PR_TRUE) when the table isn't auto height. This forces any previously reflowed rows, who were adjusted to take up all of the table's height, to recalculate their height during the dirty reflow that gets generated, so all rows get resized properly.
