76f3ff6fb1 bug 263053: Get rid of the <endnote> tag when parsing fragments with context, since this can fail if the input stream contains another <endnote> tag. 96c0e36f4e Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch).
