b864faa155 Bug 1134112 part 2. When doing dictionary init, if we have a non-optional union member just go ahead and uninit it before we try initing it.   1) Implement register/unregister client, connect/disconnect methods in BluetoothGatt object.

Change Exposed=ServiceWorker for all ServiceWorker events.
