Split nsIContentViewer::destroy into close and destroy so we can trigger teardown both at the beginning and at the end of paint suppression. Move the PresShell's teardown from its destructor into new Destroy method so it happens at the end of paint suppression. Also clean up nsDocumentViewer.cpp a bit. b=80203,89626 r=hyatt sr=waterson

Fix BiDi regression from style system landing by correcting implementation of 'unicode-bidi' to be a non-inherited property, correctly mapping attributes to it, splitting text frames with both strong RTL and LTR characters, and stripping BiDi control characters. Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load.
