db6ff68bcd Use the docShell APIs instead of the webshell ones where posssible. Instantiate the webBrowser Object instead of the docShell/webShell one. This starts the path for viewer to start using the embedding object completely rather than directly talking to a docShell. 192e307283 Finally following warren's lead from "last year", the libs phase has been removed from the build. Directories had to be ordered and in some cases, traversed after a subsequent module was built. 
Fixed the recursive makes into GtkMozilla so that they will report build failures like the other dirs.
Removed LIBS_NEQ_INSTALL variable and associated ifdefs.

4eec4fb506 nsIPref is no longer passed around through inits on webshell, content viewers and presContext. In places where it is needed, it can be retrieved from the service manager. 840c8350e1 GlobalWindow now calls up nsIDocShellTreeOwner rather than nsIBrowserWindow. GlobalWindow has mostly been re-organized as well as cleaned up to provide this new functionality. DocShellTreeOwners got implementations filled in and many bugs fixed. nsIScriptGlobalObject now talks in terms of docShells instead of webShells. Fixed a number of cases where people were walking through content viewers etc to get to a presShell and changed them to simply ask for the presShell from the docShell. 65c0d3c80a Changing all cvs-mirror.mozilla.org references to point to politically 
correct addresses, for example tinderbox.mozilla.org, lxr.mozilla.org or

The heart of this checkin is a change in the signature and symantics
of NS_InitXPCOM.

The new signature is

extern NS_COM nsresult
NS_InitXPCOM(nsIServiceManager* *result, nsFileSpec* binDirectory);

I filed a bug for this problem:

b=23157

The original manifestation of this bug was in mozilla/netwerk/protocol/res/src/nsResProtocolHandler.cpp It used the current process directory to find resources, which is not correct when the current process is not mozilla.exe.

I have added a new type to nsSpecialSystemDirectory, Moz_BinDirectory, and made nsResProtocolHandler use that value.
