e6dd50ba10 Bug 1309284 - Implement W3C Web Authentication JS API [part 1] r=keeler,qdot 
This patch implements the W3C Web Authentication API from
https://www.w3.org/TR/webauthn/, currently the 28 September 2016
working draft.

It utilizes a tentative binding of the U2F NSS Soft Token to provide
authentication services while waiting on Bug 1245527 to support USB HID-based
U2F tokens. This binding is not in the specification yet, so it should be
considered an experiment to help the specification move fowrard.

There are also a handful of deviations from the specification's WebIDL, which
are annotated with comments in WebAuthentication.webidl.

There are no tests in this commit; they are in Part 4 of this commit series.
There is a small script online at https://webauthn.bin.coffee/ to exercise this
code, but it doesn't do any automated checks.

There are also a handful of TODOS:
1) The algorithm to relax the same-origin restriction is in Part 3.
2) The use of AlgorithmIdentifier and having a way to coerce an object to a
   string is still missing.
3) Timeouts and deadlines aren't there, and are pending reworking how
   the nsIU2FToken interface works.

d77310ec7b Bug 1310771 - Part 2: Emit BrowserWillChangeProcess and BrowserChangedProcess when doing cross-frameloader navigations, r=smaug 
With GroupedSHistory, history navigations may now require the browser to
change which frameloader is stored internally from within Core. This
patch adds a mechanism to allow for chrome code to respond to these
changes and both delay the change, or respond once the change is
performed.

Delaying the change is accomplished through the BrowserWillChangeProcess
event, which is fired when it is determined that a process change will
happen for the given browser, but the change has not occured yet. During
this time the nsIFrameLoader::AddProcessChangeBlockingPromise method may
be called on the target browser's frameloader. Any promises passed to
this method will be waited on, and the process change will not occur
until they have all been fulfiled.

Once that has occured, the process change occurs, and the
BrowserChangedProcess event is fired.

This is useful for chrome code which needs to flush state from the
original process before the change, and then which needs to connect
state in the new process with state in the chrome process.

1978fee9f2 Bug 1310385 - Remove support for UndoManager; r=smaug 
There hasn't been any traction on this feature, and we keep
paying the maintenance and code size and memory usage penalty
of having this implementation.

We can revive this from VCS history in the future if we decide
to start working on it again.  In the mean time, it's better
to remove it.

a52e1adba5 Bug 1308076 - Validate keyids json format. r=smaug 
Use a WebIDL dict to define the "keyids" EME init data format, and
then use that to parse and validate incomint "keyids" EME init data
and ensure it's in the expected JSON format, i.e.:

https://w3c.github.io/encrypted-media/format-registry/initdata/keyids.html

This means we now pass the "generateRequest() with too short key ID."
case of encrypted-media-generate-request-disallowed-input.html
(upstream that is, our local copy of that WPT is out of sync).

Use a WebIDL dict to define the "keyids" EME init data format, and
then use that to parse and validate incomint "keyids" EME init data
and ensure it's in the expected JSON format, i.e.:

https://w3c.github.io/encrypted-media/format-registry/initdata/keyids.html

This means we now pass the "generateRequest() with too short key ID."
case of encrypted-media-generate-request-disallowed-input.html
(upstream that is, our local copy of that WPT is out of sync).

4acb23615f Bug 1245571: Add a window.navigator.mozAddonManager object that can only be accessed by AMO. r=bz 
Since we want to add a few APIs that AMO can use to query and manipulate the
user's add-ons we want to expose a custom API. This implements the webidl and
a stub implementation in JavaScript. We use the webidl functions for controlling
access to the API, only the AMO production domains (and some test domains when
testing is enabled) can access it and only when retrieved securely and not in
an inner frame of a page that shouldn't have the API.

7fd3989391 Bug 1243001 part 2. Make Promise an empty [NoInterfaceObject] interface when SPIDERMONKEY_PROMISE is defined. r=peterv 
The idea is to not define a "Promise" property on the global and not generate
any of the methods, since SpiderMonkey will implement all of those, but to keep
some of the conversion to/from JS logic and the IDL parser validation bits that
we have right now.  Once we can assume SPIDERMONKEY_PROMISE we can probably
change how the "Promise" identifier is handled by the IDL parser and how the
resulting type is handled by codegen, but for now we're aiming for minimal
changes.

This commit adds the DominatorTree.webidl interface, which is only exposed to
chrome JS. The interface is implemented by mozilla::devtools::DominatorTree,
which is a thin wrapper around JS::ubi::DominatorTree. This does not expose any

Since getFrames() must gather all properties set at a given keyframe
offset time for a given easing function, we need to provide a total
ordering for ComputedTimingFunction objects.  Until the spec defines how
to do this, we sort first by NS_STYLE_TRANSITION_TIMING_FUNCTION_*
value, then second by the four values in a cubic-bezier() function (in
order) or the integer and optional keyword in a steps() function.

Because we don't support automatic spacing of keyframes yet,
ComputedKeyFrame.computedOffset is always the same as Keyframe.offset.

Another assumption made is that the value of easing for a Keyframe
object at 100% should be the same as the value from the previous
Keyframe for the same property.  An alternative would be to leave off
easing from that Keyframe, which would need the default value for that
IDL dictionary member removed (otherwise it would always be set to
"linear").
