ea0646f211 Bug #230093, Bug #181534, Bug #237095 --> Port thunderbird junk mail improvements to the trunk. 
Replace the core bayesian junk mail algorithm with a chi-squared probability distribution
modeled after spam bayes and Gary Robinson's work.

Change the model for how we count tokens across messages.

Token counts get out of alignment when re-training against already classified messages.

Revamp the junk mail tokenizer. Make it a hdr sink listener and add custom tokens for attachment
information. Ignore tokens larger than 13 characters. Tokenize purely off of white space.
Ignore tokens less than 3 bytes in length. There is still a lot more work to be done to the tokenizer.


Many thanks to Miguel Varga for working out the initial core algorithm improvement and to all
of the folks at spam bayes and of course Gary Robinson for helping to make this happen.

8040bf850b Bug #217149 --> Add a menu item under file for opening a .eml file from the desktop. Move the Open Message menu item under File over to the Messages menu where it really belongs.

8e443e152c Bug #235507 --> try to reduce the jiggling in tree column headers when changing the sort direction on a tree column. 
The padding one was changing when going from the normal state to the active state on tree col headers. The change of padding
was causing the jiggling effect. Try using the same padding for both states.

591ef7cdf0 Bug #75866 --> Mark a message as read in JS instead of once for each mail protocol to simplify code. 
Hookup the JS function to a timer to allow users to only mark messages as read after they have

24ec1bc30a Temporary work around to make thunderbird subscribe to newsgroups you are not already 
subscribed to when clicked on from an external browser. We force the url to get run once the 3-pane window is up.

unfortunately this causes at least 2 new windows to come up. We should try to streamline this by tapping into the
initial command line startup code that creates a window with a url.

c6a38ec9d8 Bug #219591 --> To much padding around toolbar buttons in 'small' mode. The earlier fix to this had problems 
where we did not have enough padding and the file button had a drop down marker underneath it.

474417aebf Bug #219591 --> Don't bring in button.css from classic\themes. This brings in a bunch of old style rules for toolbar buttons which don't apply anymore including a style that forces a 47 pixel width on toolbar buttons. 
Add style rules to add 2pixels of padding to small toolbar icons.

Standalone message window is a bit of a mess. There are several separators and menu items that need to be hidden. Add the appropriate ids to these items and then hide them.

07d026ee7f Add a View / Layout menu item which allows the user to set the desired mail 3-pane layout. 
Move the menu item for hiding the message pane from Toolbars (where it did not belong) down to
the new Layout menu.

non mail urls out to the operating system.

Also, break out a method on nsIMessenger for thunderbird which can be used to launch urls externally instead of doubling up inside
