59b9ed55fe Bug 73064: If your navigation bar is in a collapsed state when you closed your browser, its "collapsed" grippy wouldn't show up upon the next browser startup. fc8bb05f11 partial fix for #100835. fwding (inline) imap messages with large attachments 
and editing imap templates & drafts with large attachments is slow since we
have to download the attachment.  this makes it so the user sees download progress
