prepare for full math-depth support. Currently, the property is guarded
under a disabled-by-default flag, so there should be no observable

f9f96d23ca Bug 1662410 - Part 1: Fix usage of ChildSHistory.legacySHistory . r=peterv 
ChildSHistory.legacySHistory isn't valid for content processes when
session history in the parent is enabled. We try to fix this by either
delegating to the parent by IPC or move the implementation partially
or as a whole to the parent.

582367e4b6 Bug 1662703 - Tweak appearance: button usage in browser/ and toolkit/. r=dao 
The protections.css declaration is not needed, because you're setting
backgrounds and borders anyways so native appearance is disabled.

The button.css change needs to turn into a -moz-default-appearance +
appearance combo, but since it's in three different places, just put it
in xul.css instead.

7720088b5c Bug 1663485 - Make RemoteWebNavigation::canGoBack/Forward use history in the parent if it's enabled. r=mconley 
When session history is in the parent we can read state directly from it,
instead of waiting for the child process to send a message with the updated
state. The old mechanism (BrowserParent::RecvOnLocationChange calling
UpdateWebNavigationForLocationChange) is still needed for when session history
in the parent is turned off. We'll remove it eventually, once session history in
the parent sticks.

686ff6882f Bug 1659753 - Support saving PDF form data when using "Save Page As". r=Gijs 
Now when Ctrl/Cmd+S or "Save Page As" is used, Firefox will send PDF.js a
message to trigger downloading. This allows PDF.js to generate a new PDF
if there is modified form data that needs to be saved or send back the
unmodified data. Once PDF.js has generated the blob, it will send messages
to the PdfjsParent to open the "Save As" dialog.

Adds two tests:
1) Saving a plain PDF without forms.
2) Saving a PDF with modified forms and verifies the new PDF has the form
   data.
