c8458aea7b Bug 1028497 - Part 1: Add pref for CSS Font Loading API. 
We start with this preffed off even in Nightly builds since we'll need
to support iterators on FontFaceSet objects (and remove the indexed
getter) before exposing it to authors.

5f59b02c90 Bug 1022825 - Implement Asynchronous Smooth Scrolling on Compositor Thread. r=kats 
- Extended nsIScrollableFrame and nsGfxScrollFrame to return destination
  of smooth scrolls which are to be animated on the compositor thread.
- Added apz.smooth_scroll_repaint_interval preference.
- Implemented AsyncPanZoomController::PanZoomState::SMOOTH_MSD_SCROLL state
  and AsyncPanZoomController::SmoothScrollAnimation class to animate smooth
  scroll animations on the compositor thread.
- Extended FrameMetrics to report requests for smooth scrolls to be animated
  on the compositor thread and their corresponding destination positions.
- AsyncPanZoomController now checks FrameMetrics for requests to perform
  smooth scrolling on the compositor thread.  It will ensure that they
  are cancelled as needed by mousewheel, touchpanel, keyboard, and
  CSSOM-View instant scrolling DOM methods.
- The layout/generic/test/test_scroll_behavior.html mochitest has been
  commented as depending on Bug 1062609 before being enabled for APZ.

Implement an h.264 decoder using Apple's VideoToolbox framework.
Based on gstreamer's vtdec because there's very little documentation
for this API beyond the framework's header file.

Reuse the MOZ_APPLEMEDIA define from the mp3 decoder.

AAC decoding is stubbed to use the BlankDecoderModule's 440A tone.

Provide a stub header for the VideoToolbox framework and load
it dynamically at run time so we can build and run on versions
prior to MacOS X 10.8 where it's not available.

Dynamically load the CoreMedia framework as well, but build
against its headers since it's available on MacOS X 10.7 or
later, which is our minimum build version.

OS_LIBS for libraries that are not part of the gecko tree, EXTRA_LIBS for
libraries, such as NSPR, that are in the tree, but are not handled by
moz.build just yet. Those EXTRA_LIBS may also come from a system library.
However, in cases where the expanded variables are always empty for the
in-tree case, OS_LIBS is used (as for, e.g. MOZ_ZLIB_LIBS). OS_LDFLAGS is
used exclusively for non-library linker flags.

Always pass EXTRA_LIBS before OS_LIBS on linker command lines.

Forbid EXTRA_DSO_LDOPTS, SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS and LIBS in Makefiles.
