8392da15eb Necko Only!! Yuck. something was pretty bogus here...whenever we were parsing a url we'd create an empty 
base url then try to turn the empty url into an absolute url which was returning an error. Looks like ParseURL would
never work.

Added logic to nsCSSFrameConstructor::ConstructSelectFrame and nsListControlFrame::Reflow
to handle the case of a multiselect select without a size specified.

Added style rules to more closely match the XPTOOLKIT XPWidgets look.

nsButtonControlFrame - Implemented SetSuggestedSize.

a3fb11b98f Restructure the editor output routines to allow passing in 
a mime type and a flag argument.  Also fix the following bugs:
9746: get rid of bogus empty <style> in head.
8143: save wrap column in editor shell in case it's set before the

9a9455daeb Partial fix for bug 5707. We now set the title of the image to "Image: width x height pixels", where width and height are the dimensions of the image being displayed. bc9d03d879 Use a binary insertion sort. When prettyprinting is on, we will attempt to make the plaintext
  mimic the look of the html; when off (as for copy/paste), we just
