b607052d35 Create a new xpcom obsolete library (and component library). 
Moved nsFileSpec and related classes into this obsolete library.
  Moved nsRegistry and related libreg functionality into the obsolete library.

Updated many callers using the obsolete nsFile spec to use nsIFile and Necko to do file IO.

Combined the following DLLs (source -> dest)
  uriloader -> docshell
  shistory -> docshell
  jsurl -> jsdom
  gkview -> gklayout

Moved nsAdapterEnumerator out of xpcom/ds and into mailnews, since they're the only consumer

Modifed the xpt_link tool so that you can specify a �only include� cid list that can mask CID�s that you are not interested in.

Added build options:
Prevent the building of xpinstall (--disable-xpinstall)
Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).

Removal or hiding of unused functions and classes including nsEscape*, nsDequeIterator, nsRecyclingAllocatorImpl, nsDiscriminatedUnion, nsOpaqueKey, nsCRT::strlen, NS_NewCommandLineService

f0ab15a4cc Make nsSharable[C]String writable by overriding appropriate methods. Ensure that it doesn't store null buffer handle pointer internally, and override get() on nsXPIDL[C]String for backwards-compatibility. Collapse nsSharedBufferHandle and nsFlexBufferHandle into nsSharedBufferHandle which knows its length but can't have a storage start distinct from its data start. 6c129ab6e3 Changed the concept of the transaction parent/ child to be previous and next. This flows better with actual relationship they hold in session history terms. The prev and next are also now not just readonly to allow properly setting up the list while avoiding nasty casts to implementation objects. Removed a bunch of dead code. Changed the module object to use generic factories and removed the hand created NS_New* functions. Changed over to interface maps in some places. The nsSHEntry obect no longer has the concept of children. There is no need since frame state will be stored in the layout history state object. cb4ed7c2b3 Fix bug 302962. When someone calls Activate() or Deactivate() on an nsWebBrowser which doesn't have a content viewer yet (and hence no pres shell), don't just bail because nsGlobalWindow will complain. Instead, change nsDocShell to make the content viewer on demand, and go ahead and pass the activate/deactivate onto the dom window. This fixes a serious focus bug in Camino.
