The IPCDataTransfer type is used to transfer Clipboard/Drag & Drop payloads
over IPC to allow them to be written to or read from the relevant system
interfaces. Previously, the system which was used was somewhat complex, and
tried to use Shmem in some cases to store buffers out of line. Now that
BigBuffer is available, it can be simplified substantially.
In addition, this change removed the memory buffer overload of GetSurfaceData,
as the only consumer was using it to immediately send the payload over IPC as a
nsCString. It was changed to instead use `BigBuffer` as that is more efficient
in a large buffer situation, and reduces the number of required copies.

Several widget contracts use different implementations in the parent and
content processes. Since the static registration system builds its hashtable
at compile time rather than runtime, it doesn't support different contract IDs
per process. It could make the decision at lookup time, but given how rarely
it's needed, I don't think it would be worth the complexity.
This patch updates the widget components that need different implementations
in the parent and content process to register separate contracts for each
implementation, and a third stub contract which forwards to the appropriate
implementation depending on which process it's used in. The implementation
entries restrict their usage to the process they are meant to be used in.

In bug 1773342 I made OS text scale factor behave like a full zoom
factor which applies to all pages (including the browser chrome). That's
generally straight forward but it makes some callsites that use unzoomed
CSS coordinates misbehave (or behave correctly accidentally actually in
some other cases).
The main fix here is making
nsIBaseWindow::UnscaledDevicePixelsPerCSSPixel() and
nsIScreen::GetDefaultCSSScaleFactor() account for OS zoom as necessary.
However, I also went through the relevant code and cleaned it up to use
typed units and operations when possible.
The setup means:
* nsIWidget::GetDefaultScale() doesn't account for OS full zoom.
* nsIBaseWindow and nsIScreen does.
These are the places where this should matter and stuff can get
confused, but this works surprisingly well for all callers (except one
nsDeviceContext one which we use only for PuppetWidget and we can
remove by falling back to 1.0 like all other widgets until the update
comes).

Lately nsIPrintSession was only used to pass around RemotePrintJobChild objects.
Now that we pass those objects explicitly where needed (part 1), this class
serves no purpose.
Another reason to want to get rid of this class is that having it as a member
of nsIPrintSettings made no sense and was confusing.
Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D146381
nsIPrintingPromptService comes from an era when the platform print code would
open the print settings dialog, which defaulted to the OS native dialogs.
Its purpose was to allow that dialog to be overridden by embedders to provide
their own interface for the user to select print settings. Nowadays the
platform print code does not open the dialogs. Instead apps like Firefox are
responsible for getting the print settings to pass to the platform code, and
the platform code provides a way to open the OS native print dialog if they
want to use that (nsIPrintDialogService). So nsIPrintingPromptService no longer
has any purpose, and just adds indirection and needless complexity.

This is all still unused, but we'll add an JS API to HTMLImageElement
for testing in a bit.
The reason for not having the JS-exposed interface is that dealing with
all the relevant edge cases is pretty hard from JS (think of e.g., the
image source changing mid-recognition, and so on).
The frontend will probably want an "is image recognition available"
boolean, but that doesn't need to be on its own XPCOM component, IMO.
If we need a JS API for unit-testing or something we can always add it
later.

I had this written somewhere in a branch, but given bug 1419151, I
cleaned it up a bit and turned it into an actual patch that works.
Behind a pref for now, because at the very least it needs:
* Support for some testing-only functions.
* Support for custom icons (for web extensions and so on).
The key point is that this adds the relevant code to map a XUL menu to a
GMenuModel, which we could then export via
`g_dbus_connection_export_menu_model()`, which seems like a much simpler
approach to support stuff like bug 1419151.
See the MenuModel class in NativeMenuGtk as for how is this done.

I'd like to use it in `IMEData.h`. However, adding new include into it may
cause bustage with MinGW, and it's included by `nsIWidget.h` because `nsIWidget`
requires some classes defined in `IMEData.h`. Therefore, I'd like to make a
new header file for avoiding the include hell.

We have this situation right now where all the themes are inheriting from
nsNativeBasicTheme. Rename it to a nicer name, and clean up some code while at
it.
In the future I'd like to simplify the inheritance chain to remove
nsNativeTheme altogether (so that all nsITheme implementations use
mozilla::widget::Theme).
That's not hard to do mechanically, but rather than dumping all of
nsNativeTheme into Theme I'd like to do it a bit more carefully, to hopefully
remove a lot of the helpers that nsNativeTheme has to deal with XUL and so on
and use something nicer. Eventually the inheritance chain will be something
like:
* nsITheme : public nsISupports
* Theme : public nsITheme, public nsITimerCallback, public nsINamed
* ThemeCocoa : public Theme
* nsNativeThemeCocoa : public ThemeCocoa
* nsNativeThemeWin : public Theme
* nsNativeThemeGtk : public Theme

Declare a GPU process and corresponding Service in the
AndroidManifest. This is of a new class GeckoServiceGpuProcess which
inherits from GeckoServiceChildProcess, and provides a binder
interface ICompositorSurfaceManager which allows the parent process to
set the compositor Surface for a given widget ID, and the compositor
in the GPU process to look up the Surface for a widget ID. The
ICompositorSurfaceManager interface is exposed to the parent process
through a new method getCompositorSurfaceManager() in the
IChildProcess interface.
Add a new connection type for GPU processes to GeckoProcessManager,
along with a function to look up the GPU process connection and fetch
the ICompositorSurfaceManager binder. When the GPU process is launched
we store the returned binder in the GPUProcessHost, and when each
widget's compositor is created we store a reference to the binder in
the UiCompositorControllerChild.
Each nsWindow is given a unique ID, and whenever the Surface changes
due to an Android resume event, it sends the new surface for that ID
to the GPU process (if enabled) by calling
ICompositorSurfaceManager.onSurfaceChanged().
Stop inheriting AndroidCompositorWidget from InProcessCompositorWidget
and instead inherit from CompositorWidget directly. This class holds a
reference to the Surface that will be rendered in to. The
CompositorBridgeParent notifies the CompositorWidget whenever it has
been resumed, allowing it to fetch the new Surface. For the
cross-process CompositorWidgetParent implementation it fetches that
Surface from the CompositorSurfaceManagerService, whereas the
InProcessAndroidCompositorWidget can read it directly from the real
widget.
AndroidCompositorWidget::GetClientSize() can now calculate its size
from the Surface, rather than racily reading the value from the
nsWindow. This means RenderCompositorEGL and RenderCompositorOGLSWGL
can now use GetClientSize() again rather than querying their own size
from the Surface.
With this patch, setting layers.gpu-process.enabled to true will cause
us to launch a GPU process and render from it. We do not yet
gracefully recover from a GPU process crash, nor can we render
anything using SurfaceTextures (eg video or webgl). Those will come in
future patches.
