Switching hosts (especially going from docked to window) seems more async than before.

Show "Data" and "Time" column by default. Allows users to show/hide columns through the header context menu. Also ensures that least one column is shown.

This prop is only used when hideToggleButton isn't truthy.
In the case of the console, it won't ever be called, so
