2a77718239 Bug 938022. Part 6: Have MediaDecoder/MediaDecoderStateMachine that's producing a MediaStream use that stream's current time as the media clock. r=padenot 
We monitor the stream's output current time via a new MediaStreamListener
owned by DecodedStreamData. We also track its main-thread Finished status.
While we're writing to a DecodedStreamData stream that hasn't finished its
output, we stay in the DECODER_STATE_COMPLETED state so we can keep updating
video and firing timeupdates.

GetClock() uses the DecodedStreamData stream's current time as the source for
the clock if there is one.

to the media decoder and state machine. It will also fire an event

c6c84ac1ea Bug 882027. Make MediaDecoder::UpdateReadyStateForData always be responsible for calling GetNextFrameStatus when that value is passed to HTMLMediaElement::UpdateReadyStateForData, but keep calling GetNextFrameStatus on the state machine thread to suppress dispatching of redundant runnables when nothing has changed. r=cpearce 2013-06-17 17:15:32 +12:00

There is no need for these to be independent objects in general and we
don't need to addref/release them. We can just require the caller to
remove them before they die.
We can also save some refcount churn by having
DispatchToMainThreadAfterStreamStateUpdate take already_AddRefed.
