288d645ae3 Separated table content from table layout. This paves the way for XML/CSS-2 tables.

aad54b07f6 set the groundwork for handling COLS attribute, and attributes on COLGROUP and COL tags. WIP. 
set the groundwork for handling percentage-width tables.  Troy is adding a hook for me to get the correct width info from the parent.  WIP.
