5b6ae6e571 Rename {nsIDocument,nsIDocumentObserver,nsIFrame}::ContentChanged to CharacterDataChanged, since that's the only thing it's used for. Replace its nsISupports* parameter with a PRBool, since we don't need to allocate an object to pass a boolean parameter. 58257cdafc Change the refcounting model for XBL stuff as follows: 
1)  nsXLBDocumentInfo owns all prototype bindings and deletes them in its
    destructor
2)  Everyone else just has weak refs to prototype bindings
3)  nsXBLBinding holds a weak ref to the proto binding and a strong ref to
    the document info
4)  The document info is what's stored in the chrome cache.

make sure that native anonymous content is marked so (this way clicking on a

4cedcd531b Final patch for bug 195350. Make XUL use new nsAttrAndChildren class. Kill nsXULAttributeValue and nsXULAttributes in favour of nsAttrValue resp. nsDOMAttributeMap. Should fix a few bugs, improve performance and reduce bloat.
