5283ed5784 Build changes to fix firefox bug 182928: Add new set as wallpaper dialog (which acts as a confirmation dialog but also one-ups IE). Tiling preview is waiting on implementation of background-size. Missed a cplus_demangle call and it turns out that all of trace-malloc needs to be tweaked to use c++ instead of C.

mozilla should provide a simple way to run custom shell scripts at mozilla startup and shutdown
this allows putting S01* and K01* scripts in $MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME/init.d, which will be executed on startup/shutdown of moz.
