The markup view will now inline a textnode in its container if and only if:
- the text node is the only child (pseudo elements included)
- the text node length is smaller than a predefined limit
If a container is expanded, its text nodes will now always be rendered in full,
no longer as a short version with an ellipsis. When selecting or navigating on
a textnode, the layout will no longer be modified on the fly.

Make the EME mixin also reset the widevine GMP. This gives us some
widevine downloader coverage, as well as meaning that EME tests that
rely on widevine should work.

This avoids an error when trying to deref a GCPtr; and also adds the tag
to the NotImplementedError to make it simpler to fix similar bugs in the
future.

I tested locally that the MOZ_GCC_VERSION_AT_LEAST() and
MOZ_GCC_VERSION_AT_MOST() expressions do sensible things when I fiddle
with the numbers to make them more or less than my local gcc version.
(I tested this for all 4 expressions.)
I don't know for sure that this will fix the crashes we're seeing, but
it seems like it should undo the change that triggered it, so I think
it's worth trying.

Move the 128k buffer for brotli decompression to the heap instead of stack.
This fixes crash with musl libc which provides 80k stack by default.

We had two potentials rounding issue occurring. The one causing the problem is that adding an int64 with a float is a float, and would be limited to 24bits mantissa.
The other, could be that rounding would occur if the segment duration was over 16s long, as that too would exceed the representation range as we using microseconds representation internally.

For making our code clearer by the stronger type check, we should change the anonymous enum for NS_TEXTRANGE_* to enum class whose name is "TextRangeType" and whose type is "RawTextRangeType" which is an alias of uint8_t.
Additionally, this also adds some utility methods for them.
Note that some lines which are changed by this patch become over 80 characters but it will be fixed by the following patches.

The correct version of Python will get installed from the install_python method instead of with the system packages.
This is more in-line with how a bootstrapper *should* extend from the base bootstrapper.
