3d59a68ee7 When we don't find a </script> tag, we should put the entire rest of the document into the script element, but not execute the script. be6760da53 Windows CE build changes. This addresses most of the outstanding Windows 
CE compilation issues.

This patch also fixes/removes CheckStackGrowthDirection assertions in
Javscript.  This change is based on bug 242518.  See comment 36.

2a500b8d07 Reduce string copying and allocation in the parser by only copying the scanner buffer when we need to mutate the string. Allow a nsDependentString / nsDependentSubstring to be created without being bound to anything. Move StripChar() onto nsSubstring from nsString.
