Which is the spec term. nsIStyleSheetLinkingElement is even more
confusing since it may not be an element at all (see: processing
instructions).

WindowFeature provides the tokenization and access to the map.
This changes the following behavior:
* "*" value is removed, given it's unused.
* Default width and default height handling is removed,
given there's no callsites
* Some chrome-priv feature handling becomes stricter:
* All substring match is removed and directly checks the item in the map
Also, fixed noopener=0 and noreferrer=0 options to be handled properly.

TabGroup never really made any difference in which thread something go
dispatched to. This was the intended use, but development of TabGroups
with abstract main threads never made it that far. The good thing is
that thish makes it safe to also remove to the SystemGroup and instead
switch all SystemGroup dispatches to dispatches to main thread.
Timers for setTimeout and workers were the sole users of wrapped and
throttled event targets, that those throttled queues have been moved
to the BrowsingContextGroup and are now accessed explicitly.
The SchedulerEventTarget has been removed, since there are no longer a
separate event target for every TaskCategory. Instead a
LabellingEventTarget has been added to DocGroup to handle the case
where an event is dispatched do DocGroup or when an AbstractThread is
created using a DocGroup. This means that we'll actually label more
events correctly with the DocGroup that they belong to.
DocGroups have also been moved to BrowsingContextGroup.

GENERATED_FILES now defaults to python3 unless py2=True is specified as
an argument. All existing GENERATED_FILES scripts and GeneratedFile
templates have the py2=True attribute added, so this patch should
effectively be a no-op.
Going forward, individual scripts can be converted to python3 and their
corresponding py2=True attribute can be deleted. In effect, this patch
will be backed out in pieces until all scripts run in python3, at which
point the py2 attribute itself can be removed.

Breaks the dependency from Selection.h. Allows reuse for Selection
across the Shadow DOM boundary, which will require styled ranges to be

We do want to use it for nsContentUtils::CallOnAllRemoteChildren and
SubDocEnumFunc since `boolean` is quite confusing whether we still need to
enumerate further children or not, actually
nsContentUtils::CallOnAllRemoteChildren stops in case of `true`, whereas
SubDocEnumFunc stops on `false`

When XBL is disabled, no code in dom/xbl will be built. Also, adds ifdefs
to remove any of the XBL related code elsewhere. There's definitely more
that can be done here, but I think it's better to wait to do the rest of
the cleanup when we actually remove the code.
