99091a5c16 Bug 368799. Refactor gfxPangoTextRun so that the platform-dependent parts are all in gfxPangoFont/gfxPangoFontGroup. Also, remove special-string APIs, FlushSpacingCache and GetDecorationMetrics APIs from gfxTextRun.
