8374dcbda9 Fix bug 183313: work around a Flash crasher in ActivateTSMDocument. Flash caches the active TSMDocument across focus/blur calls in order to restore the old TSMDocument (because we asked them to). The problem is that it can cache a TSMDocument that is about to be deleted, especially in Cocoa where the TSMDocument management is somewhat asynchronous. We work around this by always clearing the active TSMDocument before focussing a plugin, for Cocoa. r=mento, sr=pinkerton. 2005-10-13 22:39:36 +00:00

5e56118232 Determine if the visibility(default) attribute can be used by using only 
the GCC version so that this public header does not depend on any macro

07fbaf03b6 - allow users who are not logged in to view test results; 
- require valid login for adding bug references;
- truncate user display to keep text/input boxes inside sidebar div;

fbac8bfdc4 Bug 297683 r/sr=dveditz. 
Patch does the following:
1) Enables native theme support on WinCE so that things look more clean --
specifically scrollbars looks better.
2) SetGraphicsMode isn't implemented on WinCE.	I ifdef'ed it out for WINCE.  I
think stuart, vlad, and I will have to really determine if i need to implement
this in the WinCE shunt.  For now, keep everything building.
3) I enabled IMM support on WINCE, although it is very rarely used.  This
allows us to remove some ifdef's.
4) I am remapping the hardward keys to new values.
5) I am also allowing the SmartPhone softkey's and the Back button to be
remapped.

Mostly WinCE
