DocShells are associated with outer DOM Windows, rather than Documents, so
having the getter on the document is a bit odd to begin with. But it's also
considerably less convenient, since most of the times when we want a docShell
from JS, we're dealing most directly with a window, and have to detour through
the document to get it.

New windows cannot execute fullscreen requests until after the first
MozAfterPaint event has been fired on the window, because some of the
machinery in browser-fullScreenAndPointerLock.js isn't initialized until
that point. This test exercises that behaviour, and therefore should also
wait until the first MozAfterPaint before requesting fullscreen.

Depending on the chunking and timing of the HTML parser, we may end up
firing onload on the image before the script tag is evaluated, leading
to an undefined onLoad (which is the intermittent failure in the test).

This is enough to get the stylo-enabled build green.
There's still some orange in WPT with stylo disabled (due to interfaces not
exposed and that) that I'll update tomorrow.
Will send a different patch on top of this for that, though I'll land together.

Note that this patch also replaces legacy VK_* with KEY_*, and replaces
synthesizeKey() for inputting some characters with sendString() because
it's better and clearer what it does and it sets shiftKey state properly.

This change prevents URLs with wyciwyg schemes to be set as mDocumentURI.
Otherwise, in JS, document.URL returns a wyciwyg://* URL and a subsequent
call to document.write makes wycywyg URL visible in the address bar.

This patch was autogenerated by my decomponents.py
It covers almost every file with the extension js, jsm, html, py,
xhtml, or xul.
It removes blank lines after removed lines, when the removed lines are
preceded by either blank lines or the start of a new block. The "start
of a new block" is defined fairly hackily: either the line starts with
//, ends with */, ends with {, , """ or '''. The first two
cover comments, the third one covers JS, the fourth covers JS embedded
in XUL, and the final two cover JS embedded in Python. This also
applies if the removed line was the first line of the file.
It covers the pattern matching cases like "var {classes: Cc,
interfaces: Ci, utils: Cu, results: Cr} = Components;". It'll remove
the entire thing if they are all either Ci, Cr, Cc or Cu, or it will
remove the appropriate ones and leave the residue behind. If there's
only one behind, then it will turn it into a normal, non-pattern
matching variable definition. (For instance, "const { classes: Cc,
Constructor: CC, interfaces: Ci, utils: Cu } = Components" becomes
"const CC = Components.Constructor".)

We'll stop dispatching keypress events on web contents for conforming to spec of
UI Events. Some existing tests assumes that keypress events are fired even
when non-printable keys are pressed.
This patch makes them check the pref,
"dom.keyboardevent.keypress.dispatch_non_printable_keys_only_system_group_in_content"
and only listen to keydown event instead of keypress even if the pref is true
and expected key event is not a printable key press.

Now, callers of EventUtils.synthesizeKey() don't need to specify
KeyboardEvent.code value anymore if they assume that active keyboard layout
is US keyboard layout.
Note that this patch changes the meaning of only test_bug551434.html.
Some callers in it don't match the key value and code value but that looks
like that they don't checking such odd keyboard events. So, they must be
bug of the test.

Fix some test failures on mobile for the new date/time controls,
* Because mobile does not use the built-in reset button, tests
involving the reset button are skipped.
* The mobile-only date/time tests in test_input_typing_sanitization.html
do not apply to the new date/time controls, so they are removed to make
mobile match desktop.
* test_input_sanitization.html now takes a lot longer to run on Android
debug and frequently times out, so it's disabled for debug Android builds.
* time-content-left-aligned.html may fail because of different drawing
behavior on Android, so the test is made fuzzy on Android.

This test had trailing whitespace in a number of places, including one spot
inside a that explicitly had a test expectation against it.
Since it's popular to have text editors purge trailing whitespace, this patch
converts the one significant piece of trailing whitespace to use an HTML
entity to encode a trailing ASCII space character. This keeps that test happy.

We found that a window will not get focus immediately after exiting full screen
mode on Linux. This seems to be a long-standing issue which surfaces due to the
change of background HTML parsing timing. So, we try to get focus everytime
before requesting full screen mode to ensure the request will not fail because
of the focus issue.

The list returned by getElementsByName is cached, however, it's rebuilt
frequently due to content mutations. We can avoid rebuilding the list when
the attribute changed is not the name attribute. We can also speed up the

attribute.

If all fields in date/time input box are available but the input element's
value is empty, implies that it has been sanitized. In this case, we'll set the
'bad input' validity state. If any of the fields is cleared, we'll remove the
'bad input' validity state, as incomplete field does not imply 'bad input'.

Move the data URI in 'if_no_scripts' and 'if_scripts' to seperate files.
Also remove the test 'if_19', as it seems redundant, it tests the same
thing with the iframe 'if_scripts', and it also lacks of 'allow-scripts'
in its sandbox flag.
Per spec [1], date/time inputs fall into this category:
"For input elements without a defined input activation behavior, but to which
these events apply, and for which the user interface involves an explicit
commit action but no intermediate manipulation, then any time the user commits
a change to the element's value, the user agent must queue a task to first fire
an event named input at the input element, with the bubbles attribute
initialized to true, and then fire an event named change at the input element,
with the bubbles attribute initialized to true."
So, we fire input/change events when:
- User selects a date/time from the picker
- User changes the value using up/down keys in a already complete date/time
value
- User changes the value using the number keyboard in a already complete
date/time value
- User clears the value (using reset button or using backspace)

This bug fixes this statement in the spec (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-option):
If selected is true, then set option's selectedness to true; otherwise set its
selectedness to false (even if defaultSelected is true).
And also reset the dirtiness.
This patch also reverts the changes in Bug 927796 and 942648, which was added
because IsSelected() returned inaccurately (called from SelectSomething()).
Verified that the tests added in Bug 927796 and 942648 do pass.
