Separate the widget and gfx toolkits into two variables.
...
Instead of MOZ_TOOLKIT, we now have MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT and MOZ_GFX_TOOLKIT.
There is also a new configure flag, --enable-gfx-toolkit which does what its
name implies.
The configure script should continue to work as before.

Renamed OnStartBinding/OnStopBinding to OnStartRequest/OnStopRequest (removing the redundant ones from necko). Numerous necko fixes. Necko now using nsIPrompt interface instead of nsINetSupport.

Fix for Bug #8117 --> aborting a connection was causing an error condition to get passed into the

nsDocumentLoader::OnStopBinding. But an abort is not an error condition. the document loader
was incorrectly complaining that we had an error when we really didn't.

hacks to get the transport socket to correctly run multiple urls over a connection. unfortunately, sockstub caches connections based on the url. so i'm faking it by keeping both the url struct used to open the connection around along with the url_struct for the current running url.
