4237ef2888 Pull PSM/NSS by default now that we no longer have the Makefile.in<->Makefile conflict on checkout due to psm2 landing. This brings us to parity with win32 & mac which already pull these by default.

ad4e9851e6 Fix for sendmail daemons that don't support EHLO. We never use the extended 
functionality anyway, so replace it with a standard HELO. Thanks to Ken Key for
