c1d763b4b0 Make sure imgRequestProxys are added to the loadgroup even if we have a cached 
imgRequest for them.  This allows the Stop button to cancel the proxy as

d9626f6746 Add support for using gcc's visibility pragma to treat all function and method declarations as "hidden" unless declared otherwise. Create wrappers for system headers that cause them to be treated as default-visibility declarations.
