7bd47fa30a Bug 1273045 Part 2 - Update carets when scrolling in subframes without APZ. r=mtseng 
Override OnScrollPositionChanged() in ScrollState because we want to update
carets during scrolling in subframes without APZ.

Due to the observation in bug 1273045 comment 8, we do not distinguish
PositionChangedResult::NotChanged and PositionChangedResult::Changed.
Instead, we always update caret even if its position is not changed.

To avoid excessive CaretStateChangedEvents are dispatched in
OnScrollPositionChanged(), we add IsScrollStarted to distinguish whether
OnScrollStart() is called or not.

ce085313a9 Bug 1328652: Ensure we do actual restyling work after calling RebuildAllStyleData. r=bz 
The Gecko restyle manager does this synchronously, along with a content flush.

In my testing there's no need to do so, and Boris couldn't think off-hand of
why, except the fact that we have this mRebuildAllStyleData thing that takes
care of rebuilding the rule tree, which is quite sensitive.

Also, Boris made a good point about non-inheriting anon boxes, that could
technically change style. I've left a note about it too.

2a97ec5b19 Bug 1328652: Assume medium feature changes in nsPresContext::MediaFeatureValuesChanged. r=bz 
This allows us to test our media query stuff at least, and works around the fact
that we don't set mUsesViewportUnits.

This will get us better test coverage, at the expense of more expensive window
resizes and similar, temporarily.

fccccf142c Bug 1347411 part 5. Change stylo to correctly recompute style on the anonymous boxes that hang off comboboxes. r=heycam 
I did manual testing for ::-moz-dropdown-list.  Unfortunately, the only way I
know to test it is to have a combobox in a non-e10s window and dynamically
change its background color, then drop down the dropdown and see whether it
picked up the changed background color.

9eca2208bd Bug 1346109. Change the image visibility frame walker to handle missing displayport base rects. r=botond 
We set the base rect for root scroll frames of root content documents and top level documents because it is quick and easy to calculate it.

Otherwise we ignore the display port if we are missing a base rect, and treat it like a scrollframe without a displayport. This is likely better behaviour as if the base rect is missing the computed displayport may not even cover what is currently visible.

48d5d4b398c2 (Bug 1187851 patch 3) renamed this change hint, but didn't
fix the code that prints change hints when debugging.

This is particularly confusing since 5fd6dd2bdbfa (Bug 1301500)
reintroduced a different change hint with that name.

b76eae29e9 Bug 1345356 - Drop FIXME comment about only needing to flush throttled animations; r=heycam DONTBUILD (comment-only) 
This comment in no longer correct since we now have a separate animation
restyle which should update *all* animations. If we fail to update animations
during the animation restyle and update them during the subsequent non-animation
restyle we risk triggering transitions from these animations.

I believe the reordering of the first/last check across the code that
delves into letter frames is an improvement, but a currently undectable
one, since it appears that we don't currently allow ::first-letter
pseudo-elements to break across lines, even in the presence of
multi-character ::first-letters that are broken by
'word-break:break-all'.

Mainly, before this change, there was nothing forcing style structs computed in
a style context to remain computed for the new style context after a call to
CalcStyleDifference. This can make us skip change hints when a style change
doesn't force to recompute one of these structs.

In phoneRegex, replace '\\s ' (matching a whitespace character) with ' '
since phone number won't contain something like new line or tab.

Also, consider it done if selected text is not changed after calling

a7bc3e8898 Bug 1340441: Try to make crashtest 1338772-1.html more reliable. (no review, test-only) 
This crashtest removes "reftest-wait" in a resize handler. Right now, that
resize handler isn't always being reliably triggered on TreeHerder. I suspect
this is because we handle the resize before we've ever done layout on the thing
being resized (the contentWindow inside of "inner"). So this patch establishes
an explicit size & explicitly triggers a reflow (via "offsetTop") on
inner.contentWindow, before we perform the resize tweak. This should make the
resize handler be triggered more reliably (100% reliably, I expect).
