8a2a775382 Since '-framework Carbon' causes binaries to require console access to run, do not link using that flag by default. Otherwise, remote builds & non-console tinderboxes will break. Mac OSX Mach-O only.

Diff looks more complicated then it is - the change is to make nsHTMLPluginObjElementSH
inherit nsHTMLAppletElementSH, and nsHTMLPluginObjElementSH::GetPluginJSObject()
call the inherited GetPluginJSObject()

Removign the method load() from HTML documents, implement it only on XML documents since the name 'load' blocks existing global functions named 'load' from being called from event handlers in the document (since document.load is found before window.load in the scope of event handlers). 93959d48cc r=dbaron, sr=dougt. 97667. nsIInterfaceRequestor is now frozen. nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h is now required if you want to use do_GetInterface() for convenience. media rules implement nsIDOMCSSMediaRule.  Fix insertRule() to be able
