b4cc5d4695 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. 5ba9439c07 Correcting our background painting code per the latest CSS specs. By default, backgrounds should be painted to the border 
area, and not the padding area as per the CSS 2 Errata, CSS2.1 and CSS3.  Also, implementing the CSS3 'background-clip'
and 'background-origin' properties (currently with -moz- prefixes) to control this behavior.

26a9453c54 bug 73970 - Tooltips disappear when at bottom of screen 
Actually just fixes tooltips so they don't flip to the left of the mouse pointer when they extend off the right edge of the screen.
