5830c027a5 Mingw builds require _WIN32_WINNT >= 0x0501 (XP) to use the IP_ADAPTER features of nsNotifyAddrListener.

bug #361544: unable to log into https://intranet.mozilla.org
bug #359824: necko unit test failure: test_authentication.js

487d7ccfd1 Add a scriptable hash function API. basically what this does is moves the hashing function out of the nsISignatureVerifier.idl and creates a new interface nsICryptoHash which is scriptable.
