534a24c489 bug 305243 set an XML content-type hint on XMLHttpRequest channels, to always 
parse local files as XML.
Also, make TestXMLExtras convert non-ASCII bytes to UTF-16 correctly.

5c1a894e8a Add support for caching content viewers in session history to speed up back/forward (bug 274784). 5ad0388519 Push up GetPrincipal to nsINode (as GetNodePrincipal). This way all nsINodes 
(content, documents, attr nodes) can return their principal as needed.
