08f53379c4 Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove ReParentStyleContext - callers can call frame manager directly. Removed several unused setters. dfe3513814 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 270d3909ca bug 100649: Length() being used where IsEmpty() is meant 
treewide changes to convert incorrect usages of string.Length() to string.IsEmpty().

    - Added aIsSynchronous arg to the ScrollSelectionIntoView()
      method of nsISelectionController and nsIFrameSelection.
      Updated all callers to pass new arg.

    - Modified selection to post a plevent to call which does the
      call to ScrollIntoView() in the async ScrollIntoView() case.

    - Edits in text widgets now use asynchronous reflow, paint,
      and scroll processing full time.

    - Removed redundant ScrollSelectionIntoView() calls in the
      editor event listeners.

    - Editor IME code now forced to flush reflows and paints before
      getting caret coordinates.
