1467be06f3 Bug 1433123 - Fix console launchpad; r=Honza. 
Updating to latest devtools-launchpad add adding the
disablePostCSS option fixes the postCSS errors.
Remove the netmonitor from babelExclude and add the
rewrite-lazy-getter loader fixes the issues about the use
of the object spread operator.

a3cf21284c Bug 1403106 - Fix console launchpad for ObjectClient; r=Honza 
This removes the fixtures for ObjectClient since it's now in its
own file, and add one for the DebuggerClient, because it's still
using non-web dependency (e.g. `Cu`).

307f01eac7 Bug 1403895 - Remove devtools/shared/client/main.js; r=ochameau. 
Remove the main file that we don't need anymore and modify all
the imports to target the specific file they now need.

45928f3459 Bug 1390815 - Fix console launchpad. r=bgrins,Honza,jdescottes 
This updates devtools-launchpad to 0.0.96, and thus
makes the console launchpad uses Webpack 3.
Because of this version bump, the console launchpad
config needed some adjustments to keep working:
- Replace loaders with rules
- Pass the babelExclude property in the option argument for launchpad config
- Change the name of the svg filter to exclude
- Add a workaround "raw!" required-files (remove the "raw!" prefix in a loader).

An alias needed to be added as well for devtools/shim/locales.
