6de447be6a :empty should not match nodes that have whitespace children. Introduce a 
:-moz-only-whitespace pseudo-class to do what :empty used to do (so we can use

96c0e36f4e Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch).
