fbb67978a5 Bug 261064. Compute static absolute positions more accurately. Also, ensure that static absolutely positioned frames are moved when their placeholders move. 7f0488eb18 Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller.
