Improve the way in which nsEvent and its subclasses are initialized. Commonly-used members can now be initialized via an inline constructor, and all other members are initialized to zero. eventStructType is set automatically. This also fixes some cases where an eventStructType was doubling as a message -- NS_TEXT_EVENT is now only used as an eventStructType, with a message of NS_TEXT_TEXT. NS_COMPOSITION_* events get an eventStructType of NS_COMPOSITION_EVENT, and ditto for NS_RECONVERSION_*. NS_DRAGDROP_EVENT is no longer an eventStructType since it is not a unique type of struct. There is also some miscellaneous cleanup to nsDOMEvent. Bug 220228, r=jst, sr=blizzard.

Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. Add code to viewer to set the max text length since on OS/2 entryfields default to 32.
30000 was picked because that is how big Windows text fields are.
This is not #ifdef OS/2 because we should be setting things to some default.

Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. Split strict mode into almost-standards and full-standards mode, where the only quirk in almost standards mode is the quirky inline box model. Remove previous fix for bug 151620. This patch does the following:
...
1) Introduces a new public interface nsIPrintSettingService which emables consumers to create PS objects whithout a nsIWebBrowserPrint interface
2) The implementation is nsPrintOptionsImpl which now impls the private interface nsIPrintOptions and the public iface nsIPrintSettingsService
3) Several methods/attrs have been moved from nsIWebBrowserPrint iface to nsIPrintSettingsService
4) The CIDs for nsIPrintOptions and nsIPrinSettingsService are now the same.
5) There is no longer a CID "@mozilla.org/gfx/printoptions;1"
6) nsIWebBrowserPrint still has the "globalPrintSettings" attr so if you already have an nsIWebBrowserPrint you don't have to create the PS Service to get it.
7) A bug has been filed to rename the imlp of nsPrintOptionsImpl to nsPrintSettingsService.

1) Removes the arg of nsIDOMWindow in the nsIWebBrowserPrint calls

2) Adds a couple of new methods and an attr to nsIWebBrowserPrint (navigate, is frameset, & exitPP)
3) Removes all but one method from nsIContentViewerFile.idl/h the remaining call is for print regression testing
4) Removes the "static" implementation of nsIContentViewerFile.h
5) Fixed up nsIContentViewerFile.idl and turned it back on so it is now generating the header file
6) Removed all uses of nsIContentViewerFile.h except for the WebCrawler (uses it for Printing Regression testing)
7) nsDocumentViewer.cpp now implements nsIWebBrowserPrint.idl this makes it easier to add new print functionality in one place
8) You can now ask an instance of the ContentViewer for a nsIWebBrowserPrint to do printing (it retruns the nsIWebBrowserPrint interface implemented by the nsDocumentViewer)
9) Anybody who was using nsIContentViewerFile to print will now use nsIWebBrowserPrint
10) You can now do a "GetInterface()" on a GlobalWindow for a nsIWebBrowserPrint
11) The browser UI now uses the GetInterface on the GlobalWindow to get a nsIWebBrowserPrint object to do printing and this can be used for all printing functionality
