Added nsHTMLAtoms::combobox, nsLayoutAtoms::popupList
Renamed dropDownList to dropDownListPseudo
Added "arrow.gif" as to be used the background-image for the combobox button
ua.css - added rules for select to differentiate between comboboxes and listboxes.
Added style rules to more closely match the XPTOOLKIT XPWidgets look.
removed the following :-moz-combobox-text, -moz-combobox-textselected
nsIFormControlFrame.h - Added SetSuggestedSize method.
nsButtonControlFrame - Implemented SetSuggestedSize.
nsCSSFrameConstructor.cpp - Rewrote ConstructSelectFrame.
nsIWidget.h -Added GetAbsoluteBounds method.
nsWindow.cpp - Implemented GetAbsoluteBounds.

a3fb11b98f Restructure the editor output routines to allow passing in 
a mime type and a flag argument.  Also fix the following bugs:
9746: get rid of bogus empty <style> in head.
8143: save wrap column in editor shell in case it's set before the
      editor is created.
9470, 9488: allow explicit specification of formatted output.

0e952eb01b Fix for bug #8733. I know the tree is closed because of Linux but this is a Mac specific change. Normally I'd wait for the tree to open or get approval but I've been up for over 24 hours and I can't find cyeh or chofmann so I'm checking in and going to get some sleep. f41e67c622 Separate the widget and gfx toolkits into two variables. 
Instead of MOZ_TOOLKIT, we now have MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT and MOZ_GFX_TOOLKIT.
There is also a new configure flag, --enable-gfx-toolkit which does what its
name implies.
The configure script should continue to work as before.

529b22c8b3 Hooking up xpinstall to the viewer. This will cause a new instance of the 
xpinstall to be created when the viewer launches.  This will be removed
(along with the startup of silentdl) once we have a way of starting up
components less intrusive.
