Here we're adding/updating support for the promote/push/ship phases
for fennec, devedition, and firefox. These are now keyed off of the new

In bug 749312, we were given permission to create a source readme
instead of a source tarball. This will save us cycles, disk, and
human configuration time.

We still need to address the missing balrog_props.json for

Add support for the three firefox and devedition relpro flavors (we
could probably reduce devedition to 2).

Also, instead of defining which kinds to use from the previous graph
in `previous_graph_kinds`, specify which kinds to rebuild (ignore)
from the previous graph in `rebuild_kinds`. This list will be much
smaller (currently empty).

e22361a5ac Bug 1421097 - Require at least Rust 1.22.1. r=ted 
Bump the minimum required Rust version now that 1.22.1
has been in stable release for more than two weeks.

Version 1.22.0 works fine everywhere but macOS 10.13,
but 1.22.1 was released the same day, so it's no harder
to upgrade to.

Also update the base-toolchain builds to ensure we
continue to build with this version.

8b7140ce04 bug 1424323 - remove MOZ_AUTOMATION_UPLOAD_SYMBOLS from in-tree mozconfigs. r=rillian 
With all of our builds in Taskcluster now, we should never be uploading
symbols from build tasks. Unfortunately Windows builds were still doing so.
This patch removes MOZ_AUTOMATION_UPLOAD_SYMBOLS from all the in-tree
mozconfigs and a few other places so that it should always default off
(per moz-automation.mk). The rest of the uploadsymbols bits will be
removed once Thunderbird fixes their automation.

This patch was mostly autogenerated by running:
rg --files-with-matches UPLOAD_SYMBOLS browser/config/mozconfigs/ mobile/android/config/mozconfigs/ | xargs sed -ri '/.*UPLOAD_SYMBOLS.*/d'

Then mobile/android/config/mozconfigs/common and

With upload-symbols tasks running in the lint image now there's no reason
for them to have a special worker type. Dustin suggested using the builder
worker because those are likely to have the lint image cached.

d9b3a9517e bug 1422740 - Remove the upload-symbols Docker image files. r=gps 
This Docker image was never built in-tree like the other images we use
because it required a Socorro auth token, but the definition was put in
the tree just to make it easy to find. Now that we're no longer using it
we don't need it here anymore.

df253cc5c7 bug 1422740 - change upload-symbols tasks to use in-tree lint image. r=gps 
This change makes upload-symbols tasks use run-task and the in-tree lint
image instead of the private upload-symbols image. A prior change changed
the script to get the token it needs from a Taskcluster secret, so it's no
longer necessary to use the private docker image containing the token.

2ac06b8c4f bug 1422740 - Change upload_symbols script to fetch token from Taskcluster secrets service. r=gps 
This change fixes symbol upload to use a token stored in the Taskcluster
secrets service instead of the token stored in the private Docker image.

Additionally, it changes the script to upload symbols to the Tecken staging
server when run on try so that the upload-symbols tasks can be tested on
try now. In the future there are plans to allow try tasks to upload symbols
to a separate storage area on the production Tecken instance.

0e697ce235 Bug 1422302 - Create python/mozterm for sharing terminal blessings across modules r=gps 
This is a new module that will provide a place to store some common
abstractions around the 'blessings' module. The main entrypoint is:

    from mozterm import Terminal
    term = Terminal()

If blessings is available, this will return a blessings.Terminal()
object. If it isn't available, or something went wrong on import,
this will return a NullTerminal() object, which is a drop-in
replacement that does no formatting.

faf36026cb bug 1423014 - 5 locales per chunk. r=Callek 
We used to be at 5 locales per chunk, but I reduced it to 2 because we were timing out on signing. That appears to have been due to network issues; let's go back to 5 to reduce the number of tasks in the graph.

a97dfc7c07 Bug 1422133 - Generate runnable-jobs.json.gz file as part of the Gecko decision task run. r=dustin 
The runnable jobs API on Treeherder is timing out quite frequently.
This is due that it downloads the full-task-graph.json artifact from the Gecko decision task.

This file has grown to be massive (over 30MB) and that takes too long to fetch. The API times out after 20 seconds.

The data we need from the artifact is minimal. We can generate a file with just the minimum amount of data needed.

This code change adds logic to generate a runnable-jobs.json.gz file after the full-task-graph.json artifact is generated.

d7d847489c Bug 1419180 - [taskgraph] Stop implicitly scheduling 'when.files-changed' tasks if taskcluster/taskgraph is modified, r=dustin 
This only affects the lint and python-test tasks which have the 'always_target'
config set.

This behaviour hasn't proven very useful, largely because when modifying
taskcluster/taskgraph, a lint task (f8) and a python task (tg) get scheduled
anyway. Running the other lint and python tasks in addition doesn't add much
test coverage and only serves to increase noise and waste resources.

269d52e838 Bug 1411361 - Update builders to rust 1.22.1. r=nalexander 
New stable release.

We leave the win32 builds on rust 1.21.0 for now:

- Building with 1.22.1 fails on win32 opt, we think, because
the code tree passed to llvm exhausts 32-bit address space
under -Clto. Bug 1417268.

- Resolving the above by building with 64-bit rust is blocked
by build.rs scripts not picking up the correct platform in
automation builds. Bug 1401647.

- Building with 1.23.0-beta.1 fails on win32 debug with a
bindgen panic. Bug 1420301.
