be6760da53 Windows CE build changes. This addresses most of the outstanding Windows 
CE compilation issues.

This patch also fixes/removes CheckStackGrowthDirection assertions in
Javscript.  This change is based on bug 242518.  See comment 36.

This patch also removes the unused enum in transformiix .  See bug
292118.
